BALMA (Bristol Association of Letting and Property Management Agents) established 1990s to promote best working practice in the Private Rental Sector for the benefit of both Landlords and Tenants

Bristol SU Lettings
Bristol SU Lettings is owned by Bristol Students' Union they are the only student agent in Bristol who don't charge tenant agency fees
National Landlords Association (NLA)
The National Landlords Association (NLA) is the UK’s leading organisation for private-residential landlords, working with a wide range of landlords, from full-time landlords with large property portfolios to those with just a single letting. It currently employs over 30 full-time staff and has a network of 35 regional representatives and branches throughout the UK.
National Landlords Code of Excellence (NLCE)
NLCE is a Landlord Accreditation scheme which aims to ensure good quality, safe accommodation is provided in the private Rented Sector.
Residential Landlord Association
The RLA is the fastest growing association for landlords throughout England and Wales.
